With lots of green space, sports courts, cafés, study lounges, fitness centers, and a monthly farmer's market, Stuytown is a lovely and secure area.
You would live with two tidy, well-organized, and amiable ladies in their mid-to late-20s who are also PhD students at NYU. I'm looking for a similar-aged lady who works full-time or is a student and will maintain the cleanliness of communal spaces. preference for a long-term tenant who is open to a shorter sublease.
