The location is in the heart of midtown!!!
-54th street between Park Ave and Lexington Ave
-close to all the subway lines including the E, M and 6 trains (at 53rd and Lex Stop) and N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6 trains (at 59th and Lex stop)
-close to tons of restaurants, groceries, and tons of shopping!
The room and the building:
-24 hour Doorman/Elevator building (staff is wonderful!)
-credit card operated laundry machines in basement
-apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, small kitchen but no shared common area
-rent is $1050 a month
-the room does not have a closet, but you would have your own fairly sizable closet in the hallway
-no window/AC, but the other two rooms have AC so it permeates throughout the whole apartment. there is also a standing fan for designated use for just this room instead of a window AC unit
-utilities are a flat rate of $95 per month (which includes everything along with water, gas, heat, electricity and high speed wireless internet)
-the room comes furnished with a twin size bed (the mattress is brand new and still wrapped in the packaging), floor lamp, tall dresser, standing fan
-landlord purchased a brand new dresser which will be delivered to the room so the new roommate can have a dresser to use as well. There is a picture of the white dresser that was purchased for the room. It is shown on the last photo.
