All utilities included (electric, gas, broadband), along with towels, linens and household cleaning supplies. We keep a clean space and we would want whomever else shares our space to do the same.

We have 2 cats that are very calm and friendly. They can be sequestered to our side of the apartment if necessary, but they would also love to make new friends if you are amenable.
Laundry, grocery, bars, and restaurants are just steps away.
Guests are allowed within reason. Occasional parties are ok with some notice beforehand.
Great for students, vacation stays, or longer term stays. Longer term stays (1+ months) will receive a lower rate. Could be perfect for someone moving to the city from out of town and needs a place to stay while looking for a more permanent residence. We are not opposed to a longer term shared situation. Such an arrangement can be considered after we all get to know each other and know we can cohabitate well.
One of us is a restaurant manager, the other is a graphic designer on a hybrid schedule with their own private office.
We are both quiet and mostly keep to ourselves, but also like to cook and share and occasionally play a board game or watch a movie in the living room.
.4 miles from the Astoria Blvd stop on the NW. From there is is 15 mins to Manhattan via the subway.
