The room has a small 1/2 bath attached. It also has French doors which open onto a large balcony overlooking the city skyline and harbor.
Down the hall is a full bathroom where you can shower. Also, there’s a small, but functional kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, etc. You will have your own small fridge in your room.
Furnishings include a full sized bed, large dresser, desk, nightstand, bookcase. Linens available if you’d like.
St George is convenient to the city, has two farmers markets, nearby restaurants and an artsy vibe. If you have a car, there’s no alternate side rules here so parking is better than in any other borough! There are buses to and from the ferry if you don’t feel like walking.
There is a lobby cat who’s laid back, mostly sitting on a chair, so please don’t write if you are highly allergic. There is an unruly large backyard, where anyone with a want to tame it would be most welcome!!!
Seeking a quiet nonsmoking tenant with stable employment, excellent rental history and good credit. There is a written month to month agreement and a deposit required. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
