About the house: there is a living room, 1 bathroom 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and a small backyard. There is street parking available without alternate street parking rules. The house is a block away from Cross Bay Blvd, a 10 min walk away from Rockaway Blvd Train Station, and about a block away from many buses (i. e. Q52/ Q53 amongst others.) I'm looking for an November 1st move-in. Heat/hot water, and wifi are included with the rent. Central AC has been installed in each of the rooms, so there is no need for portable heaters or AC units.
The room: can fit a queen size bed and other furniture. There is a full, sliding closet with shelving.
A bit about myself: I am an engineer that works 5 days out of the week. I am very friendly and open to discussing any issues that arise to have them quickly resolved. I am sometimes a night owl and do like having people over occasionally.
Hoping to find roommates that I can get along with easily and have no drama. I am not really sensitive to noise. I am very respectful of keeping noise to minimimum for the most part, but if you are someone that is a light sleeper or very particular about noise, this may not be the place for you. I would hope to keep the place clean and tidy for the most part, but understand if things get hectic and expected cleaning gets put off for a day or so.
