The bedroom is furnished but can be unfurnished. Flexible move-in date and length of the sublet. It could potentially extend into a long-term living situation if it feels like the right fit. The room has a closet and fits a full size bed, a bedside table and a dresser. Not ideal for work from home—I don't think you can comfortably fit a desk and a full size bed in the room.
You'd be living with a queer sober-ish film editor / fitness enthusiast in her early 30s. I am awake when the sun is up and sleep when the sun is down, and prefer someone with a similar lifestyle. I occasionally have guests over but am communicative about it. Respectful / clean / mostly quiet vibes.
Not pet friendly. Lots of storage space available.
