Hey!
We’re looking for a guy or a girl to share our apartment. Right now, all the people living here are guys who work regular hours, are quiet, and keep the place clean. The room open is a smaller bedroom in a big townhouse on the third floor (landlord’s family lives on the first two floors).
The living area is big and totally open no walls in the way. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.
We want someone who is:
guy or girl, preferably an international student who finished school,
working fulltime and can pay rent on time,
clean, chill, and close to our age (late twenties),
any background is good,
no parties, please.
The neighborhood is super quiet perfect for good sleep! I moved here 'cause the city was too loud and I’ve been comfy here for a year.
It’s in Jackson Heights near trains F, E, R, M, 7, and buses 32, 33, 49. There’s tons of restaurants, drugstores, post office, supermarkets around. Also a laundromat just downstairs.
Rent is low: smaller room $ plus utilities, bigger one $ plus utilities. Real good price for the space and quiet spot.
