I have rooms available in my three bedroom Astoria apartment. I am looking for someone to agree to a one year stay in this apartment. The landlord will require proof of income and may ask for a credit check. First and security due at signing
The Space
This is a ground floor, slightly sunken three bedroom apartment in a 6 family building. The landlord lives in the unit above us. My current Roommate and I are only the second tenants to live in this apartment so it’s very new. Apartment features a large living room, a full sized kitchen with dishwasher and one large and modern bathroom. There are two laundromats one block away. Astoria park is two blocks away. Utilities are split evenly monthly
Room- $730 a month available Sep 1
This is the master bedroom. In the photos provided it is furnished with a queen. Extremely large room with huge closet. Gets a lot of light as well. Please note this room is unfurnished
There is also a second small bedroom that will be sublet. Please note, when this room fills, rent will go down in price.
About Me-
I’m a 40 year old gay man. I work full time at a salon in Manhattan, teach fitness classes, and work in the nightlife scene on the side. I am very sociable, but given my busy work schedule, I like to keep the apartment somewhat quiet. I don’t mind the occasional guest, and love to host a party or get together here and there. I ask that my roomies give me a heads up when planning to have multiple people over at once. I don’t allow smoking of any kind in the apartment. I ask that you take it outside to the patio.
