I am offering a furnished place to rent for a single person (woman or man).
The space to rent is in the living room, which is separated, by a short corridor, by partitions from ceiling to floor, for logistic and privacy reasons.
The spaces to be shared are, kitchen, bathroom, and corridor.
I am the only tenant, clean, quiet, considerate, respectful to roommates' privacy and expect the same from you.
- Furnished room with, double window, full size bed, desk and chairs, book-shelf, cabinets, night lamp, etc.
- The building is located in the central area of Astoria Ditmars, in proximity of N and W trains, 2 - 3 minutes walking to the subway station and about 15 to 20 minutes to the City.
- Adjacent all supermarkets open 24 hours, organic food markets, a variety of stores, and laundromats.
- Near popular Italian, Greek, Latino, Japanese, Thai restaurants, and Irish Pubs, with new opened Lounge and Bars with live music, Cafes, pastry shops, and Starbucks.
- Near Chase, Citi, TD Bank and other popular one.
Requirements to move in:
- One month deposit and one month rent (2 months in total).
- Being punctual for payments; quiet, considerate, and responsible.
- Being clean (yourself and the environment) in not an option and is part of a healthy environment and roommates healthy coexistence.
- No smokers of any kind. No alcoholics! No pets. Not for couple.
- Month to month rent. The length of time is flexible and depends on your good performance.
The rent includes utilities.

The space is available from October 15.
