Nice spacious room fully furnished in a residential home on a quiet street. Owner lives downstairs, one block from the last stop on N/W train and Q69 bus. One block from major banks, restaurants, laundromat. You are sharing the upstairs of this home with one other male, I am quiet, mostly work and sleep, clean, on my day off I'm mostly running errands or relaxing in bed. I'm looking for the same or similar, someone quiet, clean, busy with work or school, and has the means to pay rent on time with no interruption. The room is furnished with a new full-size bed, dresser, tv, tv console, dresser, 2 nightstands. Shared areas kitchen, bathroom, and two terraces, there is also a small spare room that is empty that we can make into a living room. There is a big dog downstairs, I prefer no pets. The lease is for one year; rent is paid in cash on the first of the month. Rent is $1250. To move in you'll need $1250 first month rent and half month for the deposit, along with approval from owner.
