The room is furnished with a full sized bed (very comfortable), a dresser and has a closet and two windows overlooking the gardens. The room is approximately 9 x 11.
The place was gut renovated 6 years ago and includes washer and dryer IN THE UNIT! Also, a dishwasher and terrace with a grill. It’s a 3 bedroom share with 2 professional guys.
This is a great place to come home to after a long day at work. Looking for a male roommate….straight, gay, bi….do not care!!! Just be easy going, clean, respectful and a good personality. Nudity happens sometimes. Very respectful, yet openminded, about the issue. We’re all guys here so it’s not that big of a deal. (Morning routine, late night type thing) This is not a sexual post. The only rule: No pointing and laughing!! 😜
The neighborhood of Sunnyside is a great little gem of NYC. The commute into Manhattan is very easy on the 7 train. There is a CitiBike station right in front of the house!! Lots of restaurants, bars, grocery and other shopping all around.
