1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment near Morningside Park and Columbia University. Perfect for a Student or a Young Professional looking for a comfortable and safe place to call home. We are currently looking to fill in a vacant room starting September 1. This is an apartment on the 4th floor of a walk up. We are steps away from the C/B line and a 10 minute walk to the A, 1 and 2 line, as well as, Citibikes 2 blocks away. There is a laundromat a block away, a Lidl Supermarket two blocks away, a Whole Foods one station away on the C, and tons of different restaurants, deli and coffee shops to choose from.

The room has its own private entrance but connects to the apartment. It is furnished with a bed at no extra cost.

You will have 2 other roommates; one guy and one girl. We are easy going, quiet, and respect each other's things. LGBTQ friendly and respectful.

You will not need to purchase any cookware or utensils as we have them already and don't mind sharing at all. We all take turns cleaning and taking out the trash so we can keep common places clean. Utilities are not included but are split 3 ways.

First month $1150 and security deposit needed to move in. Total $2300. Deposit is returned when you decide to move out as long as you give us a month notice. This is for long term stay only no short term.
