Hello.... rent by the month ....i am a 5 star Air BnB host.... great location...upper west side...4 blocks to the 96 st. express stop train...7 minutes to Times Square...walking distance to Columbia...Whole Foods a few blocks away...also Trader joe's...Westside market....the best area for easy access to shopping and eating in affordable restaurants....the building is quiet and my apartment is very quiet ....the room has a Rip Van Winkle effect on people...the apartment has a good lay out...room is next to the bathroom with a hallway between living area..
great for sleeping..the closet is empty for your cloths and suitcase....the room is next to the bathroom and a hallway separates rest of apartment...the room is available ...$2,500 for the month of september...........no fees....
