Room is for a serious graduate student preferably at Columbia who is quiet and considerate and does not bring social life home (includes girlfriends/boyfriends.) This is a share of a 2-bedroom apartment with a longtime female resident in the Columbia neighborhood. The bathroom is shared and there is kitchen access. 24-hour doorman. Rent includes utilities except a/c. Sorry, no pets, couples or subletting. Please introduce yourself to provide a sense of potential fit and confirm rental term. If taking internship during summer it's fine to leave belongings in room.
