Conveniently located on Grand St, it is close to all the bars, boutiques, and restaurants but not so close that it is too noisy for the peace, relaxation, and quiet you will need to sleep at night.

• This is a very spacious three-bedroom apartment with one full bath and one ½ bath (about 1,400 square feet—so BIG for New York), with all the comforts of home on the Lower East Side.
• Your Private Bedroom - Spacious Full-Size Bed – with a refrigerator, desk, chair, desk lamp, standing lamp, nightstand, full-length mirror, and tall dresser. Plenty of lighting. (Sorry, I can only accommodate one guest - Rule of my building management)
• Clean freshly washed sheets and towels waiting for you.
• There is a big closet with plenty of hangers, where you can take clothes out of the suitcase and hang them up to avoid wrinkles. Also, there are extra sheets, towels, and a hamper.
