I'm low-key and want my home life to be drama-free. I'm looking for someone who is a full-time student or works full-time (not from home). Please be clean and leave the kitchen and bathroom in the same condition in which you found them.
No cigarettes, hard drugs or heavy drinking - marijuana use and drinking in moderation is fine. Overnight guests are okay, but no live-in boyfriends or girlfriends.
The room is available to see Saturday, Sunday and Thursday afternoons & evenings and Mon., Tues., Wed. & Friday evenings. Rent will be prorated for the month of November.
