Large 2 bedroom, 1 bath, shared with one person.
Livingroom is separate from the spacious kitchen that has fairly new appliances: (happily share) toaster, blenders, cooker, mixer, large oven, french press, etc.
Windows are facing another building but there is still plenty of sunlight and lots of healthy plants in the apartment.
HOUSEMATE/ME:
Female, 30's, professional, works full time, respectful, kind, clean, not a neat freak but tidy and mindful.
Still friends with my past roommates.
I'm social with a lot of diverse group of open minded friends. Enjoy intimate sit down meals and not a party person.
SMALL DOG, 11Lb, 8year old, hypoallergenic (doesn't shed) he is fully trained but still barks.
No cigarettes, no weed, no drugs (Honestly, I'm not against it at all and don't mind if you do but just not in the house.)
The neighbors in the building are polite and friendly.
We are near a beautiful park, there are multiple dogs in the building.
Be friendly and respectful to neighbors and building staff.
Building maintenance/cleaning team is on property daily and they take good care of our building.
