Have a bedroom/bathroom available in a Hell's Kitchen 3rd floor walk-up. Space is huge and in the back of the building, so very quiet for HK! Room has an a/c unit and I have a bed if you need one.

You'd be sharing the living room/kitchen with me, early 30s and work in entertainment and education. Travel a lot for work, so you'd have the place to yourself probably at least a week or so every month. Otherwise I'm usually working here in the city or at the gym when I'm not vegging out watching tv. Also love a game night and at the theatre a lot, both movies and stage.

I tend to not get dressed once I shower, so prefer someone cool with nudity around the apt.--for that reason, would prefer a guy move in. Gay, straight, fluid, doesn't matter to me, just be chill about clothing optional and not a Trump supporter lol.

Don't have to have someone move in, want the right fit, so potentially could negotiate price.
