Hi Everyone! I have a furnished bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment on the UWS, near 88th and Amsterdam. Available October 18th for a short term or up to three months. $1080/month. Private room with a window and full closet; furnished with a full size bed and nightstand as well. Washer/Dryer in unit, 3rd floor walk up. Good light, great location! Close to Central Park, Riverside Park, subway stations and all the great cafes and restaurants on UWS.

About me: 38 year old female, work in an office M-F 9am - 5pm; I like to cook and go for jogs in the park. I'm social and enjoy going out but also like having a quiet place to rest and relax. I'm very clean, quiet and considerate. I have always lived with roommates and have had positive experiences.

Please tell me a little bit about yourself & your contact details. Pets not permitted, no couples, work in person preferred vs remote. Looking for someone who is easygoing, very clean, respectful, and wants to live on the beautiful upper west side and enjoy what the city has to offer. No wild parties or smoking in apt. :)
