The room is currently furnished with a full size bed, with additional storage underneath, night stand, chest drawer and window AC unit. The closet for the room is located outside of it.
We would be sharing a small living room, kitchen, bathroom and foyer.
Included in the monthly rent are the following utilities: Heat, electricity, gas and internet (wi-fi). One month deposit plus current month's rent would be paid before moving in.
