Peaceful quiet room in 2 bed apt
Semi private bathroom. I am traveling Butler for UHNW family. I am there 3-4nights usually Mon - Thurs. Fri to Sun you are solo in apt.
No elevator, apt is 3rd floor but short staircase.
Kitchen area has sink, counter, fridge full size, new Convection oven and 2 plate burner
Bathroom has full 5ft tub, shower head, lots hot water. 5G WiFi
Seek longterm tenant or college student. Someone responsible, financially stable and sees this is a great deal. No credit ran, No 40x rent No broker No extra bills No Surprises
