Tastefully and comfortably furnished, with brass lamps, warm woods, an oriental-style carpet, hardwood floors, and a closet big enough for a few suitcases. It's a restful, inviting thinker's space, with a good-sized table, a rather new bed (spring mattress, not a futon), and shelves lined with books.
It's close to all the West Side trains, there's a wide variety of stores and restaurants, access to affordable gyms/fitness centers, and it's relatively close to the High Line and waterfront.
This is my digital art studio, doubling as a (separate) guest room (I live nearby with my family). I haven't been using the space the way I should. That's why this opportunity has come up.
Please note, there no stove or oven. There's your own fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. Not for cooks.
