I’m looking for a tenant to take over my 1 bed / 1 bath in a 4 bed / 4 bath, fully furnished apartment at The Station Buffalo. Rent is $985/month.
The bedroom includes a private bathroom, and the apartment features a shared kitchen and living space with an in-unit washer and dryer. You’d be living with three easygoing male roommates. The unit is pet-friendly (no pets currently).
The Station offers excellent amenities, including a gym, study spaces, pool and hot tub, and frequent community events hosted by management. The complex is a 5–10 minute walk to UB North Campus and also provides a private shuttle to campus on weekdays and Walmart on weekends.
I’m a UB junior looking to assign my lease as soon as possible.
