I'm offering a bedroom in a 3BR apartment where The room has a queen-size bed w/ mattress, two end tables, two table lamps, one dresser, one mini fridge and one small microwave. A large closet in the room along with a ceiling fan and a large window overlooking the yard.

The room can come unfurnished if you would like to bring your own furniture.

The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and small microwave for your convenience. We ask that you avoid spills and clean up thoroughly to avoid roaches and ants.

Use of kitchen for light cooking.

Use of personal window AC in summer time. Extra $55 a month.

No cable TV in the home but free Wi-Fi and it's strong and fast.

Street parking is available. Safe residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The home is equipped with an alarm system, ring camera, bolts on entry doors, locks on windows, outdoor lights that stay on all night.
