The room can come unfurnished if you would like to bring your own furniture.
The full bath is in the hall right across room and will be shared with 1 other male tenant. It's a wide stand-up shower.

No cable TV in the home but free Wi-Fi and it's strong and fast.
Street parking is available. Safe residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The home is equipped with an alarm system, ring camera, bolts on entry doors, locks on windows, outdoor lights that stay on all night.
