Hey, my name’s Mike and I’m looking to rent my LIVING ROOM to someone who needs a place to stay but can’t afford or simply doesn’t want to pay NYC prices. Access to bathroom and kitchen of course. There’s a couch and I can also provide the air mattress. Times are hard let’s help each other. Pets are ok but $50 extra as long as you clean up after them. Couple $50 more also. Theres an older couple that live in the apartment. Me? I just go twice a month as I live and work in PA.
