The Fort Hamilton HS running track, an 18 Hole Dyker Beach Golf Course and a public swimming pool are located just 3 blocks away.
The 85th Street -Entrance/Exit to the 86th Street R Line is a one minute walk from the house. The renovated 86th Street Station provides elevator service. Express Buses to Manhattan via the X28 and X27 are also convenient options. Direct Buses to beaches in Staten Island, Coney Island and Brighton Beach are located right around the corner. The popular NYC Ferry Boats with very fast and efficient service to Manhattan's Pier 11, points Brooklyn, Rockaway, and to Governor’s Island - located at the 69th Street Pier as well as the Brooklyn Army Terminal at 58th Street.
There are no fees. A $875.00 refundable security deposit is required along with the 1st month's rent upon move-in.
The rent includes all utilities except the electric which is split. The room is for ONE PERSON ONLY- no exceptions.
