The room comes furnished with a Full bed, desk, bookshelf and side table. A cozy room about 12x7 feet with a window above the door and fan for ventilation. There is no window to the outside in the bedroom.
The loft has three huge windows that let a lot of natural light in, the livingroom is about 30 x 20. Workspace and hang out space in livingroom. The entire size of the apartment is about 850 ft. Lofted ceilings at 11.5 feet. 15,000 BTU AC in window . Wall Heater keeps Apartment very toasty in winter, double paine windows, pre war building.
Washer and dryer is in the basement and there's a full roof to tan or hang out on. Tables and lounge chairs. Bathtub and shower are perfect really hot and great water pressure.
The neighborhood is great there is a huge grocery store across the street open 24hrs a few great bars and some awesome restaurants in East Williamsburg. I enjoy cooking and have a fully stocked kitchen with all the proper accoutrement. I prefer no meat to be cooked in the kitchen.

Public transportation is 1 block away which is the JMZ Lorimer stop and the L train is eight blocks away, Montrose stop. And the G train broadway stop is 3 blocks away.
