Building has roof access (unfinished roof). In summer the room does get hot and stuffy; we install an AC in the living room. The building has an elevator, laundry on each floor, and is located near Classon Av G train. There is a foster cat in the apartment.
Rent is $500 a month, and utilities are typically around $100-$150 a month.
At move-in we request payment of first and last month ($1000 total).
Expect to chip in on shared expenses like toilet paper and cleaning products.
This is a month-to-month agreement.
We are two quiet working women in our late 20s/early 30s looking for third roommate.
We are looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and be respect of quiet hours at night. Preference for someone who likes cats and can help feed/play with our foster cat occasionally.
