Join our peaceful and friendly home in a prime Brooklyn location. We're two brothers seeking a respectful roommate to share our apartment. I'm in search of a gay roommate for a 3br 1 bath apartment shared by 2 brothers.
We do have a cat and are not looking forward to anymore pets. One of the brothers will be shortly moving afterwards, witch will leave a vacant room for another roommate.
We're in search for friendly and gay roommate such as ourselves preferably male, must keep the space clean, you will have access to shared wifi. You'll be residing in a 6 story partially condominium apartment building elevator accessible, the apartment is located on the 5th floor. Room will be unfurnished with a front window view of the street and NY city high rises in the distance.
There is a laundry room basement, accessible to the tenants as well as a community laundromat around the corner of the street For city transportation You'll be less than a block away from the 2,3,4,5 train as the shuttle train to the B, Q, and the A and C train. If you're interested in the local sites you'll just be a few blocks away from the Brooklyn museum and the botanical garden as well as the Central branch of the Brooklyn Public Library with cultural programs and business resources
This room is available for a 8-10 months term.
