Brooklyn Heights is a real happening place. I love living here, and I am sure you will too.
A relative who has retired to another state is letting me, an actress, dancer and model, live in his amazing fully-furnished 2BR co-op apartment as long as i pay the monthly maintenance charges. Says I can have housemates or guests for company and to share monthly cost.
The building --
-- is mid-rise, on a major street
-- has live in super, part-time doorman and roof deck, as well as fitness and laundry rooms.
-- is near subway (one stop to Manhattan), buses, citibikes, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, parks, and other shopping.
The apartment has been modernized with good heat, light, air-conditioning, and internet.
The spare bedroom is fairly large with full sized bed, dresser, closet, desk and tv.
Your rent, including utilities, is $950 a month, but negotiable.
Am away for the weekend but happy to reach back later today. Meantime, please tell me about yourself.
