About the location:
The apartment is in the heart of Clinton Hill, one of Brooklyn’s nicest neighborhoods — full of tree-lined streets, brownstones, great restaurants, cafés, and parks. The C train is literally on our block, and the G train is a quick 5-minute walk away.
About me:
I’m a working professional in my 30s — friendly, considerate, and organized. I travel internationally for work, so you’ll regularly have the apartment to yourself. When I’m in the city I’m going to an office 4-5 days a week, so during the day the apartment is usually empty.
When I’m home, I like things peaceful, clean, and easygoing. I’m looking for someone with similar energy- ideally a responsible, kind person who values a beautiful and relaxed home. I’ve always lived with roommates and am very respectful of people’s space.
This isn’t a party apartment, but friends and guests are always welcome- within reason, of course.
