10 minutes walking to Broadway Junction and Atlantic Ave L train. 25 minutes to 14th st Union Square from both the A and L line.
A little about me, I’m a 32 yo woman who works in hospitality in Manhattan and goes to college full time.
Preferably looking for a woman tenant to occupy my 2nd bedroom. I’m also open to extending the stay until 10/06/25 depending on the candidate.
The bedroom comes furnished with Twin size sofa bed and full desk with docking station and monitors.
$500 refundable security deposit required.
Weekly cleaning of public spaces included!
Additional room cleaning available at an additional cost.
