Rent: $650/month + utilities.
We’ll split the electric bill, but I’ll cover gas and internet.

Location: Steps away from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, with easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and parks.
You’ll be subletting from me, the single tenant on the lease. I’m clean, friendly, and share the space with my sweet cat
Term: 3-6 month sublet with the possibility to extend, depending on how things go.
Move-In Date: Ideally October 1st.
Requirements: Preferably looking for a renter aged 25-35 (male or female). Must have references.
Ideally looking for someone who works in office as I am remote and it could get tight during the week.
