Hello! I'm moving out of my amazing apartment in the center of Greenpoint Brooklyn. Offering my room for rent as a lease takeover (i.e. you take over the lease from me) starting in December. Lease officially ends March 1st with OPTION TO RENEW :)

Room is $1,800/month in a 3 bedroom unit (3BR/1BA) with in-unit laundry & dishwasher. Building has a gym, yoga studio, furnished rooftop, and game room. Wifi is free. Existing 2 roommates are late 20s/early 30s (one works in tech the other in film) both very respectful/mature and clean people, also fun to hangout with. Looking similar roommate profile.
