This is an extremely spacious (1200sq feet), two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the top floor of a three-story building in Greenpoint (no neighbors). Large bedrooms, massive amounts of storage, your room comes with an adjacent office and dining space, ideal if you work from home or just want extra space. Huge ceilings, southeast facing windows, I truly think this is a very cool space in a great neighborhood.
One block from the Greenpoint G station, one block from the East River and Greenpoint ferry store, close to a ton of restaurants, bakery, etc (a block from Radio Bakery!).
