Looking for someone that can commit at least 6 months or more, works outside in person / in office and does light-moderate cooking. On time with rent and bills, non-smoker, responsible, clean, mature, busy with own schedule, not a homebody and does not bring the party home.
Room is large, sunny (gets lots of morning sunlight) and fully furnished with 2 closets. Rent includes all utilities (based on reasonable use with surcharges if applicable), FiOS wifi, household supplies cost and apartment cleaning cost.
Sorry, no pets. Only occasional overnight guest.
Shoes-off at the entrance door, non-smoking apartment (and building), no drugs of any kind.
Building is well maintained and has elevators, laundry facility and secured package room for deliveries.
Near Prospect Park and 1.5 blocks from the B and Q trains that get to Midtown in about 35 minutes. Plenty of retail, restaurants, cafes, delis, grocery stores on Church Ave and Flatbush Ave.
Proof of employment and adequate savings required. Minimum credit score of 680 and up.
