I have a room that is available Saturday, November 15, in a floor-through (entire floor of a townhouse), three bedroom/two bathroom, second-floor walk up apartment (only one flight of stairs) apartment, sublet on a month-to-month basis, with a two-month minimum, ideally longer term. The price includes full use of common areas, appliances, and facilities, in addition to covering all utilities/household bills (gas, electric, water, and wifi internet).
The room is large by NYC standards (13x11ft), shared bathroom with one roommate, ample closet space, and furnished (queen bed, desk, nightstands, dresser, mirror, linens and towels, 36" TV, pillows, ac unit). Roommates very rarely use the common areas, so you will mostly have the apartment mostly to yourself.
The apartment is conveniently located, only a 3 min walk to the JMZ trains at Myrtle and Broadway or a 12 min walk to the L at Morgan Av, and 5-10 mins from Manhattan (depends on the train). Straight shot to JFK airport in less than half hour on the J train. Located on a major street. Supermarkets, delis, cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms, and plenty of parking all around. 6 bus lines stop within a two block radius.
