Malcom X Blvd & Pulaski St, Brooklyn. 6min walk from Kosciuszko St J, 8 min walk from Myrtle Bway JMZ. 4th floor walk-up duplex with a spiral stair and a private rooftop terrace and Juliette balcony. In-unit washer, in-building laundry room, gym, peloton bikes, work space, and gated courtyard. 1 full bath, several closets, plenty of natural light, gas stove, dishwasher, FIOS internet, very friendly neighbors. I have a 3yo 100lb boxer-pit mix who loves to lounge and eat and sometimes chase a ball, and lives downstairs with me all the time. You get the upstairs + terrace.
I work hybrid (home and office), and usually start my day around 10am and finish around 1am. Looking for someone who keeps similar hours, or at least keeps things quiet throughout the night. Must be ok with cannabis and dog, and must keep shared spaces clean.
