We have a spare room available in our 2-bedroom apartment located in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood. The location is excellent with direct access to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Library. There are many coffee shops, bars, co-working spots, and grocery options nearby including one right next to the building. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are also easy to reach.
ABOUT THE ROOM:

(4) Plenty of natural light at all times of day, even in winter
(5) Furnished
ABOUT THIS ROOM IS BEST SUITABLE FOR:
Someone who is moving to NY for school or work and want a safe and stable place in a cool (and extremely convenient) neighborhood to settle in while exploring what this amazing city has to offer. You should be someone who work or go to school full time with a very stable source of income and can provide proofs. Student should have a guarantor unless you have stable income, such as scholarship, grants, teaching, etc.
DETAILS ABOUT THE SETUP:
(A) No shared living space, no couples, single person occupancy only
(B) Kitchen access can be discussed, but not ideal for someone who cooks often
(C) No pets and no bicycles
(D) Heat included in rent
(E) Through-wall air conditioner available
(F) Tenant responsible for one-third of utilities: electricity, gas, and high-speed Verizon Fios internet
(G) The moving date is set to 9/15 but we are flexible with the right person so do reach out if you have a different date in mind.
RENTAL DURATION:
(1) Preferably a one-year, with possibility of renewal
(2) Shorter stays of 3–6 months may be possible under a different financial arrangement
