The sleeping situation is: very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a queen pull out couch in the living room and a queen air mattress in the office.
Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Elevator building. Gym in building.
Brand new mini-split heating, just installed, silent.
We would ask a $1000 deposit for any damages, which would be returned 48 hours after we return.
Preference to folks requesting 10 nights or more. $400/day, somewhat flexible depending on stays.
----We are a couple, this is our full-time apartment, we are traveling to CT for the holidays, so we are nearby if there is an emergency.
Please note- we moved in and upgraded appliances recently, so the apartment is not 100% "set up" yet (ex. there is artwork that is in a corner because it needs to be hung), but we have been living here for 6 months and there's a full kitchen, etc
