We are looking to replace our longtime roommate in November! The room is furnished with a full size bed and nightstand, and there is a big walk-in closet. We all share one bathroom, and the very private patio is always accessible thru the office.

We have a friendly, adorable shih tzu and a lot of furniture in the common areas, so we are looking for someone who isn't bringing a lot with them, or willing to keep most items in their room.

We are open to short term and long term - we just ask for first month’s rent plus one month deposit **to be returned after moveout**
