The kitchen is newly finished. The living room is located in front of the entrance. There is an electric fire place, a smart tv.
Basement floor: The basement is the second component of your total rent meaning this space is entirely yours aside from 1 or 2 boxes of mine that are tucked under the staircase. The basement is entirely finished and is the entire length of the apartment and includes a half bathroom. The in building laundry is directly across the hall from the basement. It is ideal for a studio, a personal living space, anything.
Amenities: Central A/C and heating, laundry in building, $3 per wash/dry. Massive back yard, 3 blocks (5 minute walk) away from the Knickerbocker M and 4 blocks (10 minute walk) away from the Gates J.
I’m 27, F. I work in hospitality. I am a very tidy roommate. I am passionate about creating a really peaceful and comfortable communal living space.
Apartment ~rules~
This is a ‘non party household’. Having friends over is totally cool and even small dinner parties and movie nights! Just no major parties. The apartment is dog and cat friendly. The apartment should remain overall tidy and clean. A light cleaning should happen about once a week and a deeper clean once a month. This should be split pretty evenly among the communal living space. There is of course exceptions, schedules get busy, however the overall space should be kept clean. The apartment is alcohol and weed friendly, just no cigarette smoking inside. Again, there are always small details we can discuss together!
