Hello all,
We have a very sunny, HUGE fully furnished bedroom, 1 minute walk from amazing Prospect Park and the Q train, available as early as January 15th in our three-bedroom apartment.

THE HOME
This is a huge 3-BR apartment; people often comment on how unusually large the rooms are for NYC, which can make each room almost feel like living in a studio. This building was built in the 1940s for family use and was completely gut-renovated in the 2000s (w/a new elevator as well).
THE LOCATION
It’s in a GREAT location, with beautiful Prospect Park nearly next door, which makes walking, exploring and running in the park so easy. It’s a safe neighborhood (I've lived here for eight years and have never once had a problem), and it's amazingly culturally diverse.
THE ROOM
The room available is huge (16' x 12’ = 192 square feet!) and is fully furnished, including dresser, cabinet, bookshelf, closet, queen bed, rug, and an awesome retro metal desk (in great condition)! It’s very sunny and comfortable (actually the best room in the whole place, in my opinion); it's painted a calming green; and it has a solid wood door and custom insulation for greater noise reduction (i.e. more peace and privacy for you).
LIVING ROOM
Fully furnished including pub-style dining table, comfy couch, TV, and more.
KITCHEN
Fully furnished and set up, with all standard kitchenware, water filter, toaster oven, and more.
MORE AMENITIES
-Window A/C units for all rooms, including one for your room
-All doors are modified with custom sound insulation, making for more private/peaceful living
-Locking bedroom doors w/keys
-Fast Wifi
LIVING ARRANGEMENT:
You would be living with two professional men, both in their early 40s. We do our best to only accept kind, considerate, responsible people to live at the apartment.
PETS
There are currently two cats living at the apartment, and we can't accept additional pets at the moment; thank you.
COSTS
The cost is $1180 rent plus 1/3 of utilities. Utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are usually about $100/month each and are billed once they arrive. We also each pay $100/month for a monthly professional cleaning. One month's payment of $1180 plus security deposit of $1180 is required before moving in (this is non-negotiable; thank you for understanding).
You would be signing onto a simple sublease; happy to share details if we all decide to move forward.
