2 furnished rooms for rent from December 1st or earlier in an art studio loft for $1150 short term, minimum 3 months, but I prefer long term. We share the space with a quiet composer/musician and a painter. One room has a direct window, and the other has an indirect window where the two rooms share a common area.

The rooms have basic furniture, double beds, desks, drawers, and shelves. Ideal for two friends moving from another city to a creative environment for temporary or long-term living.
I am looking for two creative, respectful people who appreciate a quiet, artistic atmosphere. We are night owls, and I would prefer someone who has an afternoon or evening job. We are professional artists with busy schedules and don't spend much time cooking, but rather spend more time being creative or relaxing.
There are laundry rooms on every floor of the building.
We have a large backyard, and there is always street parking in front of the building.
The shops are on the next corner. The F and G subway lines are 10 minutes away. The bus stop is on the second corner, which takes you to downtown Brooklyn in 15 minutes, where there are many subway stations for different directions.

The rooftop terrace has beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan.

Nearby is a grocery store, Water Taxi to Manhattan, IKEA, Crab House, restaurants such as Thai, Lobster Pound, Homemade BBQ, Good Folk restaurants, and galleries in this friendly neighborhood.
