Spacious 3BR, there might only be 2 roommates for a while.
It's a real 3BR separate living room, separate kitchen, full bath, good natural light, high ceilings, hot water comes on reliably
The street can be noisy at night, but if you put the fan on your AC or a noise machine it's fine. Another con is the sublet thing, we can talk about that.
Other than that, it's a great deal on a nice apartment! Laundromat a block away.
Please have a job & be able to pay 1st month.
