The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, well rounded carpenter to join our team. As part of our crew, you’ll work closely with our project manager and other team members to execute high-end designs with precision and care. Must have proven experience in both rough and finish carpentry. Must live local, have your own tools and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of rough carpentry (framing, structural builds, decking, etc.)
Perform high-quality finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, molding, doors, custom built-ins)
Read and execute blueprints, shop drawings, and detailed plans with precision
Collaborate closely with project managers, team members and trades to ensure seamless execution
Maintain an organized and safe work environment and uphold the company’s high standards for quality and professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to fine craftsmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently or with a team
Own tools and reliable transportation
