IT Junior Help Desk Technician
Mavis Discount Tire has an immediate opening for a full time Junior IT Tech/Help Desk technician at the Company's headquarters location in Millwood, NY.
The person selected will be part of the IT team that sets up, maintains and manages 500+ store locations plus the company's primary data center. The team provides remote end-user support as well as installation and 24-hour monitoring of systems and emergency service. The person selected will be monitoring and fixing security camera systems and providing phone support.
About the Position
The person selected will help support our users and our network. Duties will include technical and operational IT troubleshooting and resolving store issues, maintenance of hardware and software, and installing new software and hardware.
