Bought from Tent and Trails near City Hall. Worn only a couple of times so in very good condition. Meant to keep one dry from wet conditions such as rainy days or on a kayak or boat it is wind and waterproof with velcro-closure sleeves and a drawstring neck. High visibility red color. Lightweight could be layered with a fleece jacket.

Please note that I live in northern Westchester and I only free to meet up curbside in Manhattan's Inwood, Eastside, Downtown (ie., Gramercy Park, East Village, LES, Chinatown or along the Sprain/Taconic on Sunday (sometimes Saturday) mornings. I would need to know by Friday afternoon. Preference for meeting in Inwood or Chinatown when in NYC.
