We are looking for a housemate to fill a very large 2,500 sf 4 bed 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment in a private home. Safe residential neighborhood. You will have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom and refrigerator with one other housemate. Fully furnished kitchen, living room (with tv) and laundry room (washer / dryer in-suite).

2-minute drive to I95. Easy commute to NYC (10–15-minute walk to metro north train station, 2 minutes to Bee-line bus). Walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Single occupancy in room only. All utilities, Wi-Fi, heat, water, onsite parking, laundry, and monthly housekeeping included. During the summer months window AC units is installed in each bedroom (also included at no additional cost).

We are looking for a professional who is QUIET, CLEAN, CONSIDERATE and RESPECTFUL and CLEAN. No pets, no smoking in house.
